How to use ONDETAS-4 MG TAB

For post-operative nausea and vomiting, 16 mg one hour before anesthesia, or 8 mg one hour before anesthesia followed by two further 8 mg doses at 8-hour intervals.

• Children:

  Dosage for children depends on their body surface area (BSA) or weight and the type of treatment (chemotherapy or surgery). For chemotherapy, typically 5 mg/m² intravenously over 15 minutes immediately before chemotherapy, followed by oral doses. For post-operative nausea, a doctor will determine the appropriate dose based on weight. Always follow the pediatrician's specific instructions.

• Elderly:
