Levocetirizine is an antihistamine used to relieve allergy symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes/nose, and sneezing. It is also used to treat chronic urticaria (hives). Common side effects include drowsiness, tiredness, and dry mouth. Rare but serious side effects can include trouble urinating and severe allergic reactions.
